Description

Earthenware, tin-glazed on the exterior and interior; base unglazed. Painted in dark blue, green, and yellow.
Squat globular body with a short neck, expanding very slightly towards the rim which is pinched at the front to form a spout, and strap handle. On the front, inside a `ladder' frame, there is a stylised plant with five overlapping, parti-coloured leaves, and a group of lines forming a tuft or palmette in the centre of the stem. Outside the frame are three fan-like projections on each side.
