Potter: Unidentified
Brown earthenware, the front coated with white slip, incised, and painted in green, greyish-blue, and brownish-yellow under lead glaze. The reverse is undecorated but has patches of slip on the sides. Shape 95.
In the centre, a bird stands in profile to right between plants and surrounded by a circle of radiating leaves or petals between sets of three concentric grooves. On the sides are rosettes within petals; on the rim, paired leaves with a dot on each. The edge is yellow.
