White salt-glazed stoneware, press-moulded in relief with a border of melons and leaves on scrolling stems
Off-white stoneware, press-moulded with decoration in relief, and salt-glazed. Circular with a wavy edge, sloping rim, and deep well; on the reverse, faint circles, and several regularly-spaced areas of flawing in the glaze on the back of the rim. The front of the rim is decorated in relief with six multi-lobed melons flanked by leaves on scrolling stems
