Factory: Unidentified Staffordshire factory
White stoneware, slip-cast, and salt-glazed. In the form of a cornucopia with a spirally fluted lower part, a wide upper border of fruiting vine, and a wavy rim. The upper part of the back is undecorated and is pierced by two suspension holes in the middle near the top edge.
History note: West's shop, Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, where purchased for 5s. on 8 December 1926 by Dr J.W.L. Glaisher, Trinity College Cambridge
