Thick stoneware vase, with a thick grey green glaze. Lung-ch'uan type. Globular body with the neck ground down and a metal rim attached. The vase is decorated with pomegranate flowers and leaves in applied relief, with trailed slip stems.
Glazed base, burnt orange brown. Thick unglazed foot with chamfered inside edge.
