Stoneware, thrown, and lustred by reduction firing. Oval in plan with a slender cylidnrical body which is waisted on one side and curved outwards on the other, with slightly swelling shoulders, and a narrow cylindrical neck. The sides are slightly ridged, and the sholw surface shimmers wiht pale silvery lustre
