Cat holding a Mouse
Production: Unidentified Staffordshire Pottery
Dark brown and white marbled clays (solid agateware), press-moulded and salt-glazed. The cat is seated with its head turned towards the viewer. It holds a white rat or very large mouse in its mouth.
