Fritware painted in blue, turquoise and black under a transparent glaze
Fritware, wheel thrown, painted in blue, turquoise and black under a transparent white glaze.
Shape: hemispherical bowl on a narrow foot ring
Interior: a radiating design of a blue and turquoise star and triangular panels. Within the panels knot or dots, combined with pseudo calligraphy, are outlined in black and coloured with blue.
Exterior: the rim is painted black and on the body blue lines form a blue imitation petal design that radiates from the base. Glaze runs over the surface to a point on the lower body.
