Production: Unknown (Uncertain)
Earthenware, slip-coated with white, and slip-trailed in dark red and light red under lead glaze. Back unglazed. Saucer-shaped, with crinkled edge. In the middle is a large cat, flanked by two coiled bands.
History note: A Yorkshire dealer who sold it to Mr Richards of Nottingham; sold at the end of 1906 to Dr J.W.L. Glaisher, FRS, Trinity College, Cambridge.
