Grey stoneware saucer shaped dish. The unglazed portion is almost entirely rust red, and was intended to be a splashed glaze dish. But owing to nearly fusing in the firing, an effect of topax and flame has been produced.
The rest of the dish has a greenish yellow crackled glaze with purple splashes
