Hard-paste porcelain wine cup painted in enamels of soft tone, one of a set of three. Thinly potted with flared sides springing from a slightly countersunk flat base. The exterior is delicately painted with a pair of pink breasted birds perched on the branch of a magnolia tree in blossom, flanked by a flowering pink and and lavender tree peony and a yellow single chrysanthemum. The interior is entirely undecorated.
Mark: six character mark of Yongzheng in underglaze blue.
