Text: * Signior Sinibaldi [from Agaccio] of the Buonoparte family, dined here with / my nephew Frederick - who with young Napoleon, [Son of Gerome - app Embassador to England Dec. 1848], nephew of / Napoleon the Emperor were driven back by a storm to the great / western railway [station at Hanwell] [On which occasion they had visited the Asylum, when one of the Patients / without knowing who he was, [Prince Charles Napolean Buonaparte] put this question to him "Who is/ Emperor of France now?! (underlined) - excited probably by his resemblance to / Napoleon (Oct 11 1846)] when on their way to this place:- soon after / which the [new] great French Re-Revolution occurred which has put / Louis Napoleon Buonapoarte on the Presidential Throne of the Republic. / Dec 18 1848
