"Of with edition ... twenty numbered and signed impressions have been printed on Nagaragawa Japanese hand-made paper. Five of these each contains an original miniature. An unlimited edition on ordinary paper and in wrappers is published simultaneously" Under this "number 1" has been written in ink, followed by the signature of Raymond Lister. "The book has been printed by Crampton & Sons Ltd. of Sawston. The impression on Japanese paper have been bound by John P. Gray & Son Ltd. of Cambridge."
