Earthenware, tin-glazed overall except the edge of the footring. Circular standing on a footring. In the middle is a circular rib surrounded by a border of pierced scrollwork. The sides rise upwards and slope gently outwards to the everted rim, and are pierced with a different scrollwork pattern. On opposing sides there is a twisted rope handle terminating in scrolls.
