Fragment of the base of a small bowl. Buff earthenware, tin-glazed on both sides. Painted in blue, yellow, and manganese-brown.
Concave circular foot with part of the centre of the bowl.
A circular yellow medallion decorated in manganese-brown with I H S (with a V-shaped I), the H imposed over a Cross with crossed arrows (or nails) over its lower part, above which are two small dotted half circles. On the right side there are parts of two yellow circles and five blue spots.
History note: Probably excavated near the Duomo in Orvieto where purchased by the donor.
