Description

Buff earthenware, tin-glazed on both sides. Painted in blue, green, yellow, and orange.
Oblong fragment with part of the concave base and footring of a plate or dish. Part of an oval shield of arms with mantling, charged per pale.

Notes

History note: Probably found near the Duomo in Orvieto, where purchased by the donor.
