Only state. Impression without the burr. The blank area below Christ's feet overprinted with Rembrandt's 'Old man shading his eyes with his hand' (B259), by an unknown falsifier, probably in the eighteenth century. The overprinting must have been done before 1768, when the plate of the 'Old man' was bought by J. Trible and then completely reworked by Georg Frederic Schmidt.
