Note

"350 copies of this book have been printed on handmade Roma V. E. paper at the Bird & Bull Press in August, 1980. The text was composed in Van Dijck types by Mackenzie-Harris and the binding was done by the inimitable E. G. Parrot. The paper for the sides was designed by magister Eberrhardt and the index was compiled by ... Howell J. Heaney. This is copy number [in ms] 233". Bound in quarter yellow leather with paper sides (decorated with the Bird & Bull device) over boards.
