"Five hundred copies of this, the second compilation of the books published by the Book Club of California, were printed by Mastercraft Press and bound by Cardoza-James, both of San Francisco, in August of 1993. The format and the type, M&H's Van Dijck, follow the design of the original "100," as created for the Club by the Grabhorn Press in 1958"--Colophon. Quarter bound in beige cloth with decorated paper sides (wood grain effect with leaves etc.) over boards; printed paper label on spine.
