"This book was designed and printed by Bradley Hutchinson at the printing office of W. Thomas Taylor. The type is Monotype Dante, set by Michael and Winifred Bixler. The photographs are by Carrington Weems, and were printed by Wind River Press. 300 copies were printed on Mohawk Superfine and issued in wrappers. An additional 40 copies, printed on Magnani mouldmade paper, were bound in quarter vellum at BookLab"--Colophon. Unnumbered. Bound in original wrapper.
