Numbers 250 to 349 are casebound ... Numbers 350 to 499 comprise the standard edition."-- Museum copy states; "This is copy IX and is for John Dreyfus". Signed by Anita Klein and Trevor Watson. Museum copy lacks additional material and is not boxed. Bound in embossed green card.
