"Of this book, six hundred and sixty copies only have been printed ... The text has been set in the Fell types and printed at the University Press, Oxford, on Arnold & Foster's mould-made paper. The collotypes from drawings by Whistler have also been printed at the University Press, Oxford. The binding, in hand -marbled boards by Douglas Cockerell & Son, is by the Temple Press, Letchworth. This is number [in ms] 157." Title in ornamental border. Quarter bound in blue cloth with marbled paper sides, gilt fillet; gilt lettering on leather spine label. Top edge of pages gilt - other sides with deckled edges.
