"Of this book there have been printed at The Curwen Press 850 copies, of which 800 numbered copies only are for sale. Numbers 1-200 being signed by the artist, and specially bound. This is number [in ms] 573." Quarter bound in vellum with cloth sides, gilt fillet; gilt lettering on spine and side. With dust-jacket. Top edge of pages gilt - other sides with deckled edges.
