The setting is in Joanna with Rockwell Light for display. The paper is a somewhat wayward English mouldmade, unnamed and probably made in the 1960s. The binding cloth is cotton from Laura Ashley. Bound by David Simaleavich in his Phoenix Bindery, Amsterdam."--Colophon Museum has copy n. 105, signed by Elizabeth Bewick and Graham Williams. Title-half page with inscription to John Dreyfus: "For John with love Graham". Bound in green floral designed cloth; leather spine label with gilt lettering. Issued in green card slipcase.
