Title page printed in red and black with title vignette. "This book is dedicated to Harold Patrick McGrath Master Printer ... It was printed by him at Pennyroyal Press in the summer of 1979. The engravings are printed from the original blocks. Seventy copies have been specially bound by E. Gray Parrot II. Of 350 copies printed, this is copy number [in ms] 258" Signed by Barry Moser. In white paper wrappers with blue paper cover.
