Eugene Ettenberg has designed the volume and has supervised its printing at the Gallery Press in New York. Fifteen hundred copies have been made, of which this is copy number [in ms] J.D."--Colophon Quarter bound in red velvet with gilt stamped floral designs on front and back cover; gilt stamped lettering on oval buckram label mounted on spine. Issued in slipcase (gold paper over card as is the portfolio case containing 27 facsimiles)
