"Of this edition ... sixteen hundred copies have been made for the Members of the Limited Editions Club from the typographic plans by John Dreyfus. The text was printed at the University Press in Cambridge under the direction of Harry Myers University Printer. The autolithographic color plates printed at the Curwen Studio in London were drawn by David Gentleman"--Colophon. Museum has copy no. "J.D." signed by David Gentleman. Quarter bound in green buckram with decorated paper sides (tree motif). Issued in slipcase.
