Description

Rectangular three-drawer commode with curved sides, blocked front, cabriole legs, marble top and ormolu feet and mounts, veneered with satinwood and decorated with marquetry in various woods in the neoclassical style.

History note: From Whittlesford, transferred to the Fitzwilliam in 1975.
