Note

'Two hundred and sixty copies are bound in quarter cloth and marbled paper by Ann Muir. Thirty copies are bound in quarter natural vellum and contain a loose print made by Gwen Raverat, "Jeu de boules, Vence" 1922 ... Angela James bound ten copies to her own design. Peter J. Sanderson set the Scotch Roman at Whittington. The paper used is Zerkall' - colophon. Museum copy quarter bound in cloth with marbled paper sides. Issued in slipcase.
