"1250 copies of this catalogue have been printed on Grosvenor, Chater's Grey Glastonbury Antique Laid, Double Medium 72 lb/500s. Messrs. Spicers Limited have generously provided the Towgoods Superfine Drawing, Imperial 90 lb/500s, used for the cover. The cover, text and collotypes have been printed by Eyre and Spottiswoode Limited, Her Majesty's Printers, at The Chiswick Press."--Colophon. Quarter bound in red cloth with marbled paper boards over boards.
