The paper, for the book's text pages, the endpapers and to cover the boards, was all made by Frances McDowell, also at The Old Stile Press. The images, within the book and for the binding, were derived from photographs. They were devised by Nicholas McDowall. The type is Bulmer. Copies were bound by The Fine Bindery, Wellingborough ... The edition is limited to 150 copies, numbered and signed by Frances & Nicolas McDowall."--Colophon. Museum has copy no. 74. Binding: quarter blue leather; boards covered in white hand made paper printed in blue and black. Spine lettered in silver
