"The printing of this book was undertaken ... by Nicolas McDowall, at the Old Stile Press, Catchmays Court, Llandogo... The text is 20pt and 16pt Van Dijck and the paper is 175gsm Zerkall mouldmade ... All the wood engravings were printed from the wood. Printing for the binding was done at The Old Stile Press but the books were bound at The Fine Bindery, Wellingborough. The edition is limited to 220 numbered copies, signed by the artist. This is number [in ms] 109." --Colophon. Binding: illustrated green paper over boards. In slipcase (blue cloth over card) with illustration on paper pasted on.
