"This edition ... consists of twelve hundred and fifty copies, printed on japon vellum for the Nonesuch Press by T. & A. Constable Ltd., at the University Press, Edinburgh for sale in England. The copper-plate engraving accompanying the dedication has been designed and engraved by Stephen Gooden, and printed by A. Alexander & Sons. The design for the loose cover is by Marion V. Dorn. This is number [in ms] 763. Museum copy lacks loose cover. Dedication signed by the author. Binding: brown cloth, stamped in gold on spine.
