Printed in MCMLIV by Heinrich Egenolf at the Printing-Office in an edition limited to 1000 copies."--Colophon. Museum copy has author's presentation inscription to John Dreyfus. Quarter bound in parchment (gold stamped with title) with blue cloth sides (front cover gold stamped with MT). Issued in slipcase.
