Jar. Hard-paste porcelain painted in underglaze blue and green, yellow and iron-red enamels outlined in black. Of ovoid form resting on a countersunk base, the body is decorated overall with floral scrollwork in translucent green edged in black, reserved against a pale yellow ground. A honeycomb border in underglaze blue encircles the base and a red-ground floral scroll band encircles the shoulders beneath the short tapered neck. The neck is left unglazed to accomodate a cover.
