Colophon: "This edition of Wilfrid Scawen Blunt's Esther and the Love sonnets of Proteus consists of five hundred copies, printed at the University Press on Dutch handmade paper, with titlepage, borders, and initial letters designed by Bertram Grosvenor Goodhue; also fifty copies on English 17th century paper, with rubricated initials. This is the second volume in a series of English love sonnets to be issued by Copeland and Day from 69 Cornhill, Boston.".
