Silver-gilt; tall with sloping cylindrical sides on a spreading circular foot, with low domed cover, embossed with straps and scrolls on a matted ground
Silver-gilt; the tall slender body with sloping cylindrical sides is embossed with a formal pattern of strapwork containing scrolls, fruit and flowers on a matted ground. It stands on a slightly domed spreading circular foot embossed with scrolls and stylised flower-heads on a matted ground. The slightly domed cover is similarly decorated with a buluster knop. The scroll handle has a bi-furcated themb-piece.
