White stoneware saucer, with an incised decoration under the ivory white glaze, and a rim mounted in what may be copper. The saucer is circular with shallow sloping sides. The flat centre is incised with a lotus flower and foliage. Ding Yao ware.
With an oval label printed in black, with a tower and 'Malcolm Collection', and inscribed in blue black ink with 'D./49'
