Agate, gilt metal and enamels; agate egg-shaped bowl and octagonal handle with enamelled gilt metal mounts
Agate, gilt metal and enamels; the egg-shaped bowl, with a rat's tail on its back, is carved of agate coloured in green, brown, red and cream. The octagonal agate handle is mounted in gilt metal, which is decorated with bands of enamel flowers in green, yellow and red.
