Ivory, silver and silver plated nickle; each knife with an ivory handle of a woman holding a fan and a later silver plated blade
Ivory, silver and silver plated nickle; each knife has an ivory handle which is carved as a woman in 17th century dress with ringletted hair, holding a fan in her fight hand. The later blade is of electro-plated nickle silver (EPNS). It has parallel sides and a rounded tip. The later ferrule is of silver, oval in section and reeded.
