Valentine card
Publisher: Kershaw, George
Silver lace-paper, hand-coloured in places, of a design featuring Cupid fishing underneath a bridge. A central oval window is backed with white silk and arranged around it is a collage of net leaves, flower stamens (wax?), a chromolithographed flower scrap, a silver tinsel box and a purple heart cut-out onto which is printed: 'My heart is thine'. '61-' handwritten in graphite inside the card at lower right. KERSHAW & SON blind-embossed onto the edge of the paper at centre left.
