Valentine card

A small rectangle of embossed paper with scalloped edges tipped with dark blue ink onto which a frame of lace-paper is mounted on paper springs. At the centre of the frame is a glazed, chromolithographed scrap of the head and shoulders of a woman with long dark hair wearing a yellow coat and a green bonnet decorated with a red bird. A printed scrap on embossed paper of an anchor with the motto:"My Hope is in Thee", affixed onto the frame at lower centre. The inside of the card is blank.
