Valentine card
Publisher: Unknown
Small card with gilt lace-paper frame mounted on paper springs decorated with a flower scrap at upper centre and a larger, frosted scrap of a boy holding a snowball with an older figure wearing a red cloak with white trim. This valentine appears to have been converted to a Christmas card. The interior is blank. A hand-written inscription on the verso is visible on the inside right-hand page: 'To dear Martin / from [?Collin]'. Similar gilt-lace-paper and design as P.14413-R-65 mounted on the same leaf of album P.14413-R. Similar inscriptions visible on the verso of nos. 65 and 67, suggesting that these three were from the same sender.
