Description

A large, 16mo-size valentine. Silver lace-paper backed with a panel of white silk at the centre and at the four corners. The panel is mounted with a collage of fabric flowers and leaves at the centre; a large white flower (probably a rose) scattered with small colourless beads (as dewdrops). A collage 'frame' mounted on paper springs is composed of small white fabric rosebuds, gauze leaves and silver tinsel foliage with a large pink flower scattered with colourless beads (as dewdrops) at lower centre. A gilt-framed lithographed motto at upper centre: 'Remember me'. The interior is blank.
