Description

Embossed white lace-paper. A central panel mounted with a scalloped roundel of blue, white and gold embossed card which is affixed with narrow paper springs. The roundel has a central circular window with a thin gauze blind which is mounted with a silver and white embossed paper ornament of Cupid in a boat with a collage of cut-paper leaves and a pink rose below. A hand-written message in black ink (presumably by the sender) at upper and lower centre: 'An Offering at / The shrine of Love'. 'MEEK' is stamped at lower left. The interior is blank.
