Valentine card
Publisher: Unknown
White wove paper with embossed border and a lace-paper centre with an oval window containing a coloured lithograph of a water mill. A collage of linen leaves, velvet flowers and real grasses is arranged around the lower edge of the window. At lower centre is another collage of white satin leaves, silver paper leaves and red metallic fern fronds. Affixed below is a white paper scroll with silver and gold lithographed detail and motto: 'I love Thee dearly'. The front paper is partially adhered to the back paper.
