White embossed lace-paper with gilt details. Scrolling acanthus with tasselled and fringed curtains and a central window with a gauze blind decorated with a silver tinsel flower and cut-paper leaves and a cut-paper open book with lithographed detail in gold ink and a verse printed in blue ink: 'AFFECTION / I HAVE / IN STORE / FOR THEE / AND EVER / FAITHFUL / I WILL / BE'. At lower centre is a collage of fabric leaves and cut-paper leaves with hand-coloured pink flower and wax stamens. The front paper is adhered to the back.
