Description

A single sheet of white lace-paper which has been trimmed along the left edge. A rectangular, hand-coloured lithograph of a couple sitting on the banks of a river is affixed at the centre. It is contained within a frame of blue embossed paper with gold detailing. The lithograph has hand-written initials in black ink at lower centre which were presumably written by the sender. A hand-written verse in blue ink is written at upper and lower centre: 'Oh! Give ... / No [illegible word] can change / my love for thee'.
