Description

Gold, plain hoop expanding at shoulders which are slightly chased, as is also the back of the bezel. Large marquise bezel decorated with an edge of pellets, containing, on a background of ivory, the figure of a woman painted standing leaning against an urn made of hair upon a pedestal decorated with small pearls, the whole scene beneath overhanging trees. Engraved on back of bezel:
